What do you need to start playing Ultima Online Forgotten World?:

1. Register game account, following all steps of registration.
With your registered account and received password (password will be automatically send to your mailbox), you will be able to enter the game. The account is being registered from 10 till 60 minutes. You can enter the game after expiration of this term of time.

Attention! Never say anybody your login and password for your own security.

2.Download the game. If you already have Ultima Online, then you need to download only our update.

If you download the game from our server, you can pass the following paragraph, because it contains information for those who download only update:
Now unpack file fws_client.rar. Next you need to copy extracted files to directory with installed game (for example, it may be like this:"c:gamesUltima online"). If file replace dialog box will appear, press "yes", replace.

3. After downloading the game, you need to install it, following the steps of installation. After installing, in the directory with game find and
launch client.exe

4. Enter login and password in the appeared window of the game and press "triangle"(or enter) on the right from below, press again triangle in the next appeared window. Now you are on the character creation page, where you can set initial parameters and name of your character.

Installing auxiliary program Ultima Online Assist:


1) Download and unzip the program, for example in the folder "../Ultima Online/UOAssist".
2) In this folder you should find the file UOAssist.exe and create a shortcut to it. Put this shortcut into your desktop (to do it: click on UOAssist.exe right button, select "Create Shortcut", and then drag it to your desktop).
3) Then you should add some values in you shortcut: Right-click the shortcut based on your desktop and select "Properties". At the end of "Target" line (witch can be contain some address (for example: "C:/Games/Ultima Online/UOAssist/UOAssist.exe")) and without quotes you should add some following values:
"/NoPatch /JustLaunch /LaunchUO /JustUpdated". If you do it right, you will see something like this:
  "C:/games/Ultima online/UOAssist/UOAssist.exe" /NoPatch /JustLaunch /LaunchUO /JustUpdated

Attention, the path to the file must be in quotes!

Then use this shortcut to start Ultima Online. After start you may see two windows: "Ultima Online" and "UOAssist". In the UOAssist at the bottom right corner you should find the "?" button, click on it. In the opened window, click the "Register" button and use this serial to complete the registration:
"tN2qD8,$MEd8,=je,4XrG,V}}9d,2fK]j,[Tu~,TXYK,+r"

Attention! The registration number that you copied should not contain quotes!

PS: During login you may see a "Data stream Error" window. Do not worry about it, just click "OK" or "Enter".

PS2: If you have already used UOAssist before, and you can’t use it to connect to our server now, that you should download and install our modified UOAssist.


Sometimes there was a problem that Ultima Online closed by itself, or opened in some "minimized mode" in start menu.
To solve this problem, after the Ultima Online starts (and before you enter login and password), you should use the combination of buttons: Alt+Enter. In that case Ultima Online will change to "Full screen mode". After it you can enter the game, then open the "Options", change the screen resolution and turn off "Full Screen Mode" (or use again Alt + Enter). Then just exit the game and re-login after 5 minutes. That’s all!
