Any player with a skill sum greater than 1200 can lease a free commercial place . A commercial place is considered free when its color is green , the fee for the leasing can be from 500 to 3000 gp . It is possible to lease only one place . 
You just need to double click the commercial place and in the menu confirm the lease payment.

The place will become dark-blue colored and in its name will be added the one of the leaseholder.
Salesman has to place his goods without bags ( It's striclty forbidden selling goods in BAGS )
Buyer can open commercial place after looking around and after verifying goods and agree about the prices and quantities.
He WILL NOT BE ABLE to raise them. 

Sale of goods will happen trough the standard commercial window.
Remember not to buy nor sell large number of goods simultaneously. They can fall to the ground and get stolen. In the market there are automatic tellers machines and private rooms for transactions .
At the end of market operation time the salesman obtains comunication that market is closed and he must free the commercial place . 

24 hours to release it are given to the saleman after that if it's not free ( items are present ) the goods will be automatically moved away and a penalty will be imposed on the salesman.
Portals will market will allow salesman to release commercial places even outside the operating time . Places can be released , also , during the working time of the market , to this , it is necessary to take a blacksmith hammer and target the commercial place ( it must be empty ) .

It is forbidden to : talk by mat , throw objects , using bugs , casting area incantations in the territory of the market ,harrassing buyers or sellers , prolonged vocal macros ( the leaseholder of the commercial place is allowed to advertise vocally the goods beeing sold ).
For the disturbance players can get banned from the market and also jailed for a period from 1 to 2 days .
To get the Ban removed player can indipendently pay an amount of money in the size of ( skillcap * 20 )gp to the NPC Judge
